What your B.R.O. does

A receptionist that actually knows the business.

B.R.O. is built to handle the everyday calls that interrupt the workday, while keeping you informed and reachable when a caller truly needs you.

📞

Answers Your Calls

Your B.R.O. greets callers with your business name and the voice and personality you choose.

🧠

Knows Your Business

Give B.R.O. your website and it gets to work. It crawls your existing site, learns your services, hours, FAQs, policies, and important business details — so callers can get informed answers without you repeating everything during setup.

↗️

Transfers Callers

Decide who B.R.O. is allowed to transfer callers to, and let it route the right calls to the right person.

📝

Takes Messages

If you cannot take the call, B.R.O. can collect the important information instead of sending another prospect to voicemail.

✉️

Emails Call Summaries

After the call, B.R.O. can send you a concise summary of who called, what they needed, and what happened.

🎙️

Your Name. Your Voice.

Name your B.R.O., preview different voices, and choose a greeting that fits the personality of your business.

B.R.O. learns before it answers

If it’s on your site, your B.R.O. can learn it.

Already have a website? B.R.O. studies your existing public website and remembers the business information that matters — then combines it with anything else you specifically teach it during setup.

✓ Services and specialties
✓ Business hours and locations
✓ Frequently asked questions
✓ Policies and customer information
✓ Contact details and important instructions
Example:

A caller asks, “Do you provide emergency service after hours?”

If that information is on your website — or you added it during setup — your B.R.O. can use it when helping the caller.

The missed-call problem

What happens when you can’t answer?

Without B.R.O.

  • The caller gets voicemail
  • A potential customer calls the next company
  • You return calls without knowing what they needed

With B.R.O.

  • The call gets answered immediately
  • The caller gets useful business information
  • Important calls can be transferred
  • You receive a summary when the call is finished

Flexible monthly or annual plans

Upgrade because your business needs more — not because the chart says so.

Every plan gets the core B.R.O. experience: website learning, message taking, live transfers, detailed email call summaries, appointment scheduling, a Leads & Calendar workspace, customer confirmation emails, and Google Calendar integration. Higher plans add more call capacity, more business numbers, and more people B.R.O. can reach.

Pay yearly for 12 months of service at the price of 10. Annual plans are billed upfront; included minutes refresh each calendar month.

What counts as a contact?

A contact is a person B.R.O. is allowed to transfer a caller to or notify directly — for example an owner, manager, salesperson, technician, office administrator, or billing contact.

Can I keep my current business number?

Yes. Once your B.R.O. number is active, you can forward your existing business number to it so callers keep using the number they already know. Your phone provider may apply its normal forwarding charges.

Why would I need more than one number?

Separate B.R.O. numbers can be used for different departments, locations, campaigns, or business purposes. Phone-number activation is currently platform-managed while automated Telnyx provisioning is being completed.
