Questions before you apply?
Do I need to be a B.R.O. customer?
No. You can become an approved affiliate with a free affiliate-only account. Using B.R.O. firsthand can help you share your experience, but a customer account or paid subscription is optional.
How much can I earn?
Standard approved partners earn a 15% recurring commission on qualifying paid referrals for the customer's first 3 paid monthly billing cycles. Special written arrangements may differ. Earnings are not guaranteed.
Can my commission rate increase?
Partners who bring at least 3 verified qualifying paid referrals may be considered for a performance review and a higher commission rate on future referrals. Any increase is discretionary, is not automatic, and must be confirmed in writing before it applies.
When is a referral eligible?
Eligible customers must be properly attributed, remain on active paid service for the agreed qualification period (typically 30 days), and meet the payment and refund rules in your agreement.
How long is my referral tracked?
When someone begins through your official partner link, B.R.O. tracks the referral for 90 days, provided attribution remains available and the customer completes signup through the tracked path.
Can I promote B.R.O. right away?
Please wait until your application has been approved and you've received a written agreement and official referral link. Promotional content should accurately describe the service and disclose material referral compensation.
What about annual subscriptions?
Annual-plan commissions, refund adjustments, and payout timing are addressed separately in the partner agreement; annual subscriptions aren't automatically treated as twelve monthly commissions.
