B.R.O. Voice Systems™ — Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how B.R.O. Voice Systems™ (“B.R.O.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use our Services.
Information We Process
We may process account and business details; contact information; service instructions; customer-provided website content; call metadata; caller-provided information; AI-generated call transcripts and summaries; leads, appointments, and calendar information; payment and subscription status; and technical, security, and session records. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe; B.R.O. does not need to store full card numbers to provide subscription services.
How We Use and Share Information
We use information to provide and secure the Services; create and manage accounts; answer, route, and summarize calls; manage leads and appointments; process subscriptions; respond to support requests; prevent fraud and misuse; comply with law; and improve the Services.
We may share information with service providers that help operate the Services, including payment processors, telephone-network providers, AI providers, hosting providers, email providers, and calendar providers when a customer connects a calendar. We may also share information with your direction, to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Google Calendar Connection
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, B.R.O. requests permission to view and edit calendar events. B.R.O. currently checks event identifiers and busy status on your primary calendar to avoid conflicting appointments. It creates, updates, and removes events for appointments managed in B.R.O.; those events can contain the client name, contact details, service, assigned person, and notes you entered. B.R.O. does not read the titles or descriptions of other events when checking availability.
We store encrypted Google access and refresh tokens, the calendar identifier, and identifiers for B.R.O. appointment events so the connection can work. We use Google Calendar data only to provide the calendar feature, not for advertising or AI model training, and we do not sell it. You can disconnect in your B.R.O. workspace, which deletes our stored access tokens and stops future syncing. Events already placed in Google Calendar remain there until removed. You can also revoke access in your Google Account or contact privacy@brohandlesit.com about related B.R.O. data.
AI and Call Processing
Call information may be processed in real time to answer calls, route callers, generate transcripts or summaries, and deliver the requested service. Do not provide passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, authentication codes, or similarly sensitive credentials to B.R.O.
Retention, Choices, and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, meet legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
To request access, correction, deletion, or additional information about personal information, contact privacy@brohandlesit.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children, Updates, and Contact
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the current version here with its effective date. For privacy questions, contact privacy@brohandlesit.com.
