B.R.O. Voice Systems™ — AI & Call Disclosure
Effective Date: October 13, 2026
B.R.O. Is an AI Voice Operator
B.R.O. Voice Systems™ provides an automated, AI-powered operator for business calls. A caller may be interacting with software rather than a human employee. The system may answer approved business questions, take a message, assist with appointments, route a call, and provide a summary to the subscribing business.
Call Processing and Consent
To operate the service, B.R.O. and its communications and AI-service providers may process live call audio, calling and called numbers, call timing, caller-provided information, and call outcomes. The service may create transcripts, summaries, messages, lead records, or appointment details.
Businesses using B.R.O. are responsible for configuring and using the Service in compliance with laws governing automated communications, call recording, transcription, monitoring, privacy, and consent. Where disclosure or consent is required, it must be provided in the live call flow; this webpage is not a substitute for a required notice or consent.
Accuracy and Limits
AI-generated answers, schedules, messages, and summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate. Businesses must review important information and may not rely on B.R.O. for emergency services, medical guidance, legal advice, financial decisions, or guaranteed availability of personnel or appointments.
Callers should not provide passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, authentication codes, or other sensitive credentials to the AI operator.
